Card administration
All common card services are provided, unless there are no technical possibilities or such services would unreasonably increase the card price, as most card services are provided at cost price, i.e. the fees that we are charged with by our partners.

Additional information
- The card validity term is 4 years.
- The barcode printed on the card is used to top up the account at partner service locations in Lithuania.
- Upon expiration, a new card is automatically ordered if at least one card transaction has been performed in the last three months.
- Card issuer – UAB “Finansinės paslaugos “Contis“, company code 304406236, is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, and its head office is located at Gedimino pr. 20, Vilnius, Lithuania. It holds electronic money institution license No. 53, dated 23/07/2019, issued by the Bank of Lithuania, which acts as the supervisory authority and is located at Gedimino pr. 6, LT-01103, Vilnius, Lithuania, telephone no. +370 800 50 500.
- The card is an electronic money product, and although UAB "Finansinės paslaugos" „Contis“ is supervised by the Bank of Lithuania, the card is not covered by the Deposit Insurance System of the Republic of Lithuania. UAB "Finansinės paslaugos" „Contis“ ensures that any funds received by you are held in a segregated account so that, in the unlikely event that UAB "Finansinės paslaugos" „Contis“ becomes insolvent, your funds will be protected against claims made by creditors.
- When cashing out in EUR, select "Proceed without conversion", otherwise you will be levied with additional currency conversion charges. Since the Visa payment card is issued in the United Kingdom, ATMs will automatically prompt you to withdraw cash in pounds sterling (GBP).
